Our program focuses on creating a vocational model that promotes an environment where participants are given opportunities to contribute and make choices regarding how they spend their day with the goal of maximizing vocational skills and independence.

Our program provides a community-based environments to assist young adults transitioning out of high school to obtain necessary skills to transition into adult life and adults who wish to obtain vocational training, micro-business opportunities, placement and job retention. Our program also enables other adult consumers to gain skills and self-esteem that will empower them to become more independent and able to better advocate for themselves.

Our services will assist each person to develop and pursue a plan for what they want to accomplish in their lives. The plan will include a description of who the person is, what is important to them and for them and the support they will need to pursue what they want to do in their life. The optimal goal of the program is to support individuals with developmental disabilities to obtain meaningful employment that is commensurate with their skills and abilities.
